Not only did he fix up my home with the precision of a surgeon, but he also had me in stitches with his hilarious antics. I never thought I'd say this, but watching a general contractor work can be a comedy show in itself!

Tim made sure that my home met all the requirements for FHA and any lender's needs. He tackled every repair and remodel task with gusto, all while cracking jokes and keeping the energy high. Who knew a general contractor could be so funny? I couldn't help but laugh at his endless enthusiasm and infectious personality.

Throughout the entire selling process, Maria and Tim were there for me 24/7. They answered all my questions, provided guidance, and even offered a shoulder to lean on when things got stressful. Their dedication and support were truly remarkable, and I couldn't have asked for better partners in this real estate adventure.

I have purchased two homes with the guidance of Tim and Maria Shelman. As a first time homebuyer at 24/25 years old, I was nervous about home buying and didn't know what I was looking for. Tim and Maria took me under their wing and personally drove me around to a plethora of homes and showed me homes in great detail. It took several homes, but they eventually led me to a home I was stoked about in Bonney Lake. I ended up purchasing that home!

Right after the purchase, Tim busted down a wall that connected the living room and dining room/kitchen. He rewired the electrical, brought in a granite island and a wood cabinet to go underneath it. SO, not only was I satisfied with the home buying experience through Tim and Maria, I was satisfied with the remodel Tim did for me in my first home.

I purchased my second home through Tim and Maria and had a very similar experience. The turnaround was a little faster because I knew what I was looking for in a home after owning one for a few years. I had the same positive experiences and positive vibes throughout this process as well!
